Terms of Service

1. Services

I provide custom Discord bots, websites and related development work. By ordering, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment

All prices are in AUD and are listed on the Prices page. Payment is required before work starts or as agreed with me. Hosting is billed monthly.

3. Refunds

If I have not started work, you can ask for a refund. Once work has started or a bot has been delivered, payments are not refundable unless I agree otherwise.

4. Hosting

If I host your bot, it stays online while your monthly hosting is paid. I may take it offline if payment stops, and I will try to warn you first.

5. Acceptable Use

You must follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. I can refuse or stop any work that is used for spam, scams, harassment, raiding or anything illegal.

6. Ownership

I keep ownership of the code unless we agree otherwise. You may not resell or share my work without my permission.

7. Support

I will fix bugs in what I made for you. New features or changes may cost extra.

8. Changes

I may update these terms at any time. Continuing to use my services means you accept the changes.
